Am i the only person in the UK who knows that Rwanda is currently escalating tensions with the democratic republic of the congo and is at risk of war? They have reportedly ot soldiers on the ground supporting the m23 rebels. The president of the congo (felix tshisekedi) has recently been threatening to invade rwanda if they continue to support m23 taking control of territory in the western congo.
