Sorry Griffin but credible evidence is not correct These Jurors failed to bring any misconduct to the Judge as it happened.They also were polled and agreed with their verdict. Waiting until after the defendant had been sentenced to come forward with accusations is definitely reason to question their credibility. Your client had a fair trial and attacking a court clerk bc she had a book deal about the trial and gossip which escalated to misconduct accusations is quite interesting. Waiting on proof .
