The So called Jan 6 riot was a set up by the Democrats. Pelpsi was the Ring Leader. They also impeached Trump on phony charges. ANY state that removes trump for their ballot could lead to enormous write in ballots.

Bud light does need to make a serious apology to its frat boy customer base. They should do it while showing a 70’s style commercial of young fit girls in bikinis with a flashing label saying “ACTUAL FEMALES” while playing fun music. It would save them more money than puppies and horse commercials.

What am I missing?..big rip if President Trump wasn’t accommodating with the raid at MarLago..the docs he took with him were LEGALLY his to take..why do journalists keep bringing this up? It is to my understanding that the docs were put away.. (ORDERLY I MIGHT ADD) and not thrown into a garage like boob biden…biden legally walks (although he wasn’t the only one who knew he had taken docs).. but people keep bringing up Pres. Trump…. Seriously why? This should be dead in the water..

Lack of planning does constitute an emergency FOR EVERYBODY including those laughing it off, covering and delaying. You are purposefully ignoring the true scope of the problems but as long as it makes you some money by being paid off I guess everything is okay, right?

Wait a minute, as a president, Impeachment is the method to charge, convict and remove a sitting President? … and wasn't Trump impeached during his term, and was Trump impeached AFTER his term because the "crime", occurred during his term?

If I remember right, as I might not … wasn't Trump impeached the second time for "Incitement of Insurrection"? Wasn't Trump ACQUITTED(by the U.S. Senate), or found NOT GUILTY(?), by the proper legal/political process … ie The United States Senate?

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what's going on …

Lol… Megyn, you need to watch the actual motions hearings by the Co-Defendants who just were granted the ability to do their own audit of the 2020 Fulton County election process. They get the Tabs, the envelopes, the ballots, the whole shebang. The State was trying to say in their response that it would take 6,000 +/-hours for this to be turned over, 6,00+/- hours for that to be turned over, the State congfessed there was a letter sent to them FROM the WH, then upon inquiry from the judge had to admit, the DA’s office didnt just recieve ONE LETTER FROM the WH, but Two letters. The judge ordered them to give them to him to review in-camera. He also ruled that the State turn over the materials needed to not only recieve above mentioned, but also ability to get access to the Registered Voter list from SOS of Georgia.
I dont see or hear ANY media talking about the rulings by Judge McAfee, and the possibility that “ what if they are able to prove there was fraud in the 2020 election in fulton county? Remember, all it would take is ONE discrepancy in what the “ State of Georgias Audit, and the Attorneys for the Co-Defendant findings, to bring some doubt in the elections process, I think the excuse for how long it would take the State and why, to turn these items over to defense tells you all you need to know: Your Honor, they are stored in a warehouse, and we have no idesa where these things are, so first we would have to locate them, then we have to scan copies of them, and that would take many hours ( months ) , you start to realize just as the judge seemed to, that they dont want this stuff turned over at all.

22:18 – My guess is that most Americans have already made up their mind and no decision by a judge is going to change that. Pro Trumpers know that this is political and that there was no insurrection, and anti-Trumpers want him gone at all costs whether he did anything or not. I think even those in the middle suspect this is all a sham.

It's not an issue of whether a parent is successful in their effort to stop a dangerous teen. The parent was convicted because she knew her son was disturbed and dangerous, but made NO effort to act in the best interest of her child and society.
The mother had knowledge and did nothing. Both.

Let me answer the “what’s the rush?” question regarding the DC Court of Appeals”short circuiting” Trump’s time to file an en banc petition:
They want him to hurry up and prove his innocence BEFORE the election! It can only help him to get a Not Guilty verdict. Right? I don’t know why he keeps trying to delay delay delay… it makes him look guilty. If he’s innocent, he should have no problem getting this trial over with and basking in the verdict.

I think we all failed to get the point. There is no implied immunity for the President of the United States. While you are president you are a constitutional entity. The only entity who has any jurisdiction over the president of the United States, as defined by the Constitution of the United States, is the Congress of the United States. Therefore the implied immunity, isn't implied, it's more a lack of jurisdiction that prevents them from trying a president for acts he commits while he's president.

It's not gonna get resolved in 2 months, or 2 weeks, or 2 years it's already been it's already been resolved. It was resolved when Congress impeached him for insurrection and he was acquitted by the senate.

All of this legalese about Donald Trump. Even if he committed insurrection, which he didn't he did not, he would have done it while he was the President. He has to be impeached and convicted in order to be guilty of insurrection. He was impeached but won the case in a senate so he it was acquitted. So the process has been done all these other laws don't apply to Donald Trump because those laws have no jurisdiction over the President of the United States. Only Congress has jurisdiction over the President of the United States they spoke and he's been acquitted. End of story.

The only case that has any jurisdiction over Donald Trump that's currently out is the one in New York that happened prior to Trump being President. While he was president nobody has jurisdiction over the president of the United States except the Congress. All of the cases that have been filed against the President for things he did while he was President can only be dealt with by the Congress of the United States through the impeachment process.

    RUSHING TRUMP IN THE COURTS

    Megyn,

These Courts, Partisan Judges…and the Democrats….really are stupid beyond belief in their endeavours to rush the legal actions against Trump along.

    They should keep it up……
Their actions are worth more votes for Trump now on an almost daily basis.

At this rate there will be no need to count the votes for Trump come November.
It will be far easier to just weigh them…!

    FREAKING OUT MSNBC COMMENTATORS

    Megyn,

So Neal Katyel, (Former Acting US Solicitor General under Obama), tells us:

"…….I can't imagine a more compelling need for speed than the idea that American Citizens deserve to know before the election whether a candidate for office is a felon and an insurrectionist……"

Presumably those same American Citizens would deserve to know, before an election, about the existance of a laptop, containing incriminating evidence about a candidate for office….?

    Oh Dear……

Darn strange business that thar 'freaking-out'……

I don’t agree with him in allowing foreigners U.S citizenship just because they attend a U.S university on a visa. It’s something their country wouldn’t easily do if it was the other way around & just because they in college doesn’t determine how much of a merit they will be to the U.S, The only one profiting is the foreigner. During the 1940’s after WW2 the U.S took in top German scientists. Not anyone off the street.
