Militias, or "military organization of citizens with limited military training" are no longer necessary, so no "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".

After hearing sooooo many infringement attempts every passing day from these "common sense" gun control bills pushed into the courts by the left, its good to see someone trying to push back. Even better its from my own state. It's a nice breath of fresh air that probably won't last long, unfortunately. Prayers to passing this bill!

The 2nd amendment isnt a 2nd class right. The only right that says " shall not be infringed " is the most infringed.
If the feds want to pass a law let them enforce it with their people.
Not enforcing bad federal laws doesn't put anyone at risk.
Passing unconstitutional state bills while ignoring/changing the legal bills signed by people.
