Your attorney General is a political lawyer who is indulging in unethical behavior. An abridgement of time can only be requested when there is already a prior hearing date and not when no date is on record as publicized for hearing. Only rogue and bogus government appointees use their proxies in law administration to subvert procedures and that is what this punk of a lawyer does. And by the way, I see the face of this guy on TV with talking points suggestive of his inclinations towards politicking instead of being a minister for all Ghanaians.

The judiciary just set another baaaaad precedent for the other arms of government.

This was a hung parliament but the speaker tried to ensure that parliament works for the people of Ghana.

Somehow, the executive has exploited and abused this opportunity throughout to this point.

Well, PARLIAMENT has the power to decide which government business to sit on!!!!!

The executive and the judiciary can continue to dine and wine in the same pub.

About time our Parliamentarians understand the functions of PARLIAMENT as representatives of the people but that doesn't allow that august body shove any stuff dowm our throat ' (as foolishly dictated by whims snd caprice. – and this is an admonition to them especially the Speaker Bagbin who should know better.

The 3 Arms of Government as it exists have defined functions and strength within reason but thst does they operate without any check– the supremacy of the Supreme Court is always the Final authority in a way – ( the final arbiter. PARLIAMENT enacts the LAW but not above the Law or immune to the Law– even the President is not above the Law– PARLIAMENT may enact a Law– and if successfully challenged will be thrown out- squashed as a Law by the Supreme Court of the Land.

Ghana 🇬🇭 is preparing for another red blood 🩸 days ( actions of judicial arm of Ghana is leading us into danger ⚠️ by naming things like abuse what what hmm ) Supreme Court must be clear and straight for the peace and welfare of the citizens if rejecting this case is in the name of an abuse then how come the other case against a simple 1992 constitutional mandate of mr. President. Is not an abuse ??? If you guys don’t take time you will create room for a brand new republic am not a prophet of doom I only say my mind based on my analysis 👌 as Citizen of the Land ! 😎

They make noises and rush to court with frivolous cases. I'm sick & tired of this BS of always crying fire and brimstone when court rulings doesnt go in their favor, and begins to take judges to the cleaners. It is beyond deplorable for anyone /lawyer to tell the court over which cases to handle first🤔🤔🤔. This whole noise is to cover up the defeat they have just suffered.

The speaker is not the First Gentleman of the land
He even lied that there was a case in court and suspended sitting when the right thing was not done . The MP should learn and do the right thing rather than propaganda

The NDC party is gradually becoming a laughing stock in the annals of Ghana’s political history. Defiamekpor and Bagbin are both jokers -have you seen your level ? I am supporting the NPP all the way through. These senseless idea of highjacking the country by all means is not acceptable.
