And always record your interactions with law enforcement, they will almost always tell you there's no need for you to do that because they may have a body worn camera, and will tell you they are already recording the contact, but understand, in many cases, their video mysteriously becomes lost, somehow edited at times, or just simply erased entirely. And never resist an officer's arrest, you will receive a bond, the amount of time it may take to see a magistrate or a judge could depend on several factors. But you would usually be released within a few hours, or are unfortunate enough to be arrested on a Friday night, in some states there may not be a magistrate or judge available over the weekend, and may have to wait till Monday morning to appear before one, in my opinion this is a deprivation of Rights, a violation of "DUE PROCESS", one should have the ability to bond out of jail 24/7 !

@michael Elaine hi, I would say the fact that the chilleās attorney had the bail hearing on calendar before you all had collect his fee, and the prosecution had to respond verbally thatās pretty fast work. I think had you been his attorney chille would be in a far worst situation. Chille instructed whoever has access to chilleās ytube channel to post his calls from jail therefore chille was streaming so that he could maintain his income and to beg for you all to give him money. Chille made a number of threats which he stupidly announced all to be the big man he is not.

Firstly hi from the uk.watching his court case .it was not fair.The judge was biased. Which she is not supposed to be.i understand we as humans beings can't help putting our emotions first.
I do remember reading that judges should not be biased etc.they have to look at what is put before them.Then be impartial.

What is happening to Chile is absolutely appalling and disgusting. We have a constitution in this country and we have constitutional law that is and has been set by the supreme court. Chili maybe confrontational but did nothing wrong at the traffic stop that he was arrested at. He dislikes the police because there's a large percentage of them that are drunk on power. I think what's happening to Chile needs to be corrected immediately and he should be suing for what he was and is being subjected to.
