I don't have much faith in the Supreme Court after listening to the oral arguments on Murthy v. Missouri this morning 3/18/2024. Many of the justices seemed dubious on the clear issue of the Biden regime disparaging the First Amendment rights of the American people as was revealed in the Twitter Files.
This is disturbing. Surely it is not the Biden regime that concerns these justices, it must be the Administrative State.

The expiration of the independent counsel provisions in the Ethics in Government Act in 1999 pretty much defeats Meese's argument.
