I propose the following:
1) Any government, business, or property owner prohibiting the lawful possession/carrying of a self defense weapon, must provide adequate protective measures to provide the same or higher level of protection that the individual would/could/should have been able to provide for them selves.
2) Any politician that proposes, sponsors/cosponsors, votes for, or enacts an unconstitutional ordinance, mandate, bill, rule, regulation, or law will be guilty of treasonous activity, punishable by removal from office, banned from ever holding elected/appointed office for life, fines totaling their salary during their elected/appointed term +5 years, and prisoned for not less than 5 years.
3) Any group, civil or political in nature that, by their actions or charter prohibit, or attempt to prohibit lawful/constitutional activities or that violate any part or parts of the Bill of Rights will be subject to the terms laid out in section 2.
Of course, I’m not a lawyer, politician, or judge. I’m just a person sick and tired of this.
They invented the right to food and housing yet a true enumerated right they try to destroy. How about us 2a crowd start fighting for government subsidized guns, a monthly ammo allotment, and training rebates for every American over 25 in good standing. Just like we supply a public defender if you are arrested.

My CCW took four months. I applied about five days after Bruen came down. A new app in my county is around $700. Too expensive for many people. It's like discrimination. And although there are 10 training companies approved, only one is based in my county.

The 2A Constitutional Right "Shall Not Be INFRINGED"; by anyone, this Constitutional amendment was specifically written to prevent government from making laws to prevent citizens from keeping and carrying firearms. It is a NO BRAINER; which means that the government officials that try to violate the constitution are NO brainers.
The original SB 2 in an under the radar fashion gutted HR 218 for off duty active and retired non Calif LEOs to carry in CA. This was intentional. Effectively treating these out of state LEOS just like a CA CCW permit holder (with the same 'sensitive place' exclusions). Only CA active and retired LEOs are excluded. This is a back door way of gutting HR 218. Has the CA DOJ made any changes to this/issued any proposed regulations?
