Why have trials when convicted ppl – have a few years then have another trial – spending more money and get off to have a NEW LIFE!
    Why don’t they just stop
bringing up old cases? I am sick of this !

Perhaps Tweedle Dumb (cw) and Tweedle Dee (nk) discussed this story just a thought due to some similarities between these cases.

The one thing that has stuck with me is that they announced publicly that they were searching that body of water and then after that they found the body there. The killer, if not him, could have dumped the body there knowing that Scott would be blamed.

    The trans thing:
I feel terribly for anyone experiencing gender dysphoria.
However, I can’t help but observe that the emerging trans-gender phenomenon is a social contagion. This is my own personal opinion.

I’m really sorry if this offends anyone. Truly. No judgements.

    But really.

Floridian here! Love how you recognize how different the laws are between states and how cuckoo California can be 😮
Cali is fortunate to have attorneys like ya’ll to help with sensitive family issues.

I still can’t believe the Innocence Project took up this case.
I know it was all circumstantial, but geez, dude, come on.

Thank you for covering the details, Omar!
I’m such a huge fan of your channel now, I am so glad I found it ( via Watts case) !!

I can't believe peterson and watts both think they deserve to be out in gen pop. Imo they both should just be happy they escaped the death penalty.

Why do you call Amber his mistress? A mistress is a woman who is in a relatively LONG TERM sexual relationship with someone who is married to a different person, he has only seen her 4 times. Often that man even provides for her. Amber was a fling not a mistress. There was no clump of hair but only a piece of 1 strand with no follicle don't give false information, there was NO clump of hair, besides that it proves nothing. He went fishing on a cold day, so what? Her stepfather Ron Grantski went fishing the same day at the same place ALONE. just because you would never go fishing alone does not mean no one else would. Stop comparing yourself with anyone else. There was no reason for him to stay home, she wasn't sick the baby was not due until February 10 he would only be missing a few hours don't use that as evidence. 20% of married men cheat, cheating goes hand in hand with lying. The prosecution had only theories, concrete weights never found, the tarp they said he wrapped her with never found, he dumped her in the bay not one witness found. These are all theories, not facts. Laci knew about the boat and had been at the warehouse, there was a witness for that, there are also many witnesses that saw her walking her dog, they can't all be wrong, I don't get why people dismiss these witnesses and the burglary, they have been completely ignored, the only thing people focus on was Amber, until then they had nothing on him, zero, nada, nichts. People don't like cheaters therefore he is guilty, makes no sense. I am not saying he is innocent, maybe he did kill her maybe he didn't but there should be evidence BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT, not just theories without proof, especially for a death sentence, that is how the justice system works, or we are all in deep trouble!

The police needed to question him on when he took the tarp off the boat because if the tarp was always on the boat, how did Lacis hair get in it unless it was that very day. People speculate that she may have seen the boat in the warehouse but the boat was covered. She never saw the boat, she didn't know about it. And, Laci didn't know about any affair. She was a fighter and would not have accepted that. Her keys and cellphone were at home so she wasn't walking the dog and didn't go missing. She was murdered at home. I think he killed her that morning in the kitchen so she would be recently deceased and cadaver dogs wouldn't have a chance to detect her. He mopped the kitchen floor with bleach. He threw her in the bay, period! The tide that washed them ashore was traced back to the area that he was at in the bay. Assuming someone else killed her, how would they know exactly where Scott was to then place her in that exact area? The San Fransisco Bay is huge! He has some nerve to try this case a second time. I can't wait to see his face when this fails miserably. And, and, and can you believe that viagra was part of his survival gear when he was caught trying to flee the country? This guy is unreal!

I followed this trial from day one when she was reported missing and was obsessed. I bought all the magazines and all the books and followed the trial. I remember I was a jr.legal secretary at the time and my boss let me listen in on the verdict because all I did was talk about this case. He was a huge jerk but that was the only nice thing he ever did for me so yeah, I'll never forget that day.
