Well, WE hold that there is no state right to arbitrarily overrule the federal Constitution or the Supreme Court of the United States. "Top judges" — more like a bunch of black-robed Karens.

These idiots think they're creative, but they're really just treasonous.

This all started with I believe the state of Alabama, refusing to follow the Supreme Court order to do redistricting. Pretty soon nobody will follow what the Supreme Court says. They are a waste of time anyway.

What's crazy is that the only caveat in the bill is for the "film industry", which is basically organized crime in the state. This can't be solved until Trump is back in office, Biden's not going to fight Hawaii over something he agrees with. I suppose a lot of firearms will be lost in "boating accidents" in the meantime.

Could someone please tell me which amendment guarantees you the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness because I’ve read the entire constitution and never seen it in there one time I’ve seen life, liberty and property without due process that’s the closest that I’ve come to the pursuit of happiness, and I don’t believe that property would be considered the pursuit of happiness unless that property is a firearm for self-defense

Written by a United States Marine! (50 years ago, was my 3rd and last DUI) "Please Read" …!

VICTIMLESS alcohol-related traffic offenses eternally remove 2-A rights which can never be expunged. They're eternal 2-A felonies! (By Nexus with Federal law)

The (3) Victimless DUI convictions I had received were nearly 50 years ago! (VOID OF ACCIDENT, INCIDENT OR VICTIM)

They were victimless and acquired after serving (6) years as a United States Marine with the last two years in Iran during the Iranian hostage crisis as a foreign interrogator! (1979) (M.P.)

Coming back to the States after the war was difficult …

Many Marines at the time weren't as fortunate having decided to take their own lives rather than fight the head demons of war. (23/Marines commit suicide every day!) …

Alcohol was the only relief nearly 50 years ago before having my own family and grandchildren!

I had honorably served my country as a United States Marine (Honorably Discharged) and cannot even possess a single bullet for life …

Victimless DUI laws allow the driver to retain the driver's license, the vehicle, and voting rights but not the 2-A Right to protect family, life, and wealth!

Texas allows all felons including DUI felons to possess firearms solely within their homes 5 years after conviction and full restitution. (Why hasn't Michigan & other states followed Texas!)

    — USMC (Semper Fidelis) SGT E-5 (Honorably Discharged United States Marine!)

The Supreme Court justices took an oath to protect the constitution of the United States. They need to resign or get impeached. How dare they and anyone that supports the idea of going against the constitution you’re wrong

Because Hawaii is an illegitimate US state 😂 Hawaii is only important as a US military strategic location. US Military needs to create a large moving military island powered by several nuclear reactors to move the island around. Then Hawaii will be up for grabs by another country, most likely Japan 😂

We need to have ccw in Hawaii the crime is very bad so in Hawaii if the democrats wants to take away our rights that means the democrats want to empower the criminals because they will be the only ones carrying firearms.

If I felt my life was endangered enough, it would make sense to sin and seek forgiveness later. Because if drawn in a real self defense situation I’d like to live to be judged in a court of law instead of dealing with a would have , could have, should have.

I hope the US Supreme Court nails these out of control lower courts for their defiance. The Second Amendment is the defender of the First Amendment. The Founding Fathers knew what they were doing by enabling citizens to bear arms. What is happening in Hawaii and other states, like California and New York, is the lack of a functioning two-party system. Residents only hear one side of the story, and the politicians are not motivated to serve the best interests of the people due to the absence of check and balances.
