Why do so many want to ban something they know so little about or what they do know is based on complete misunderstandings. If ar15s aren't being used by criminals to commit crimes, why is the government going after them? Wouldn't it make more sense to go after the firearms that are more commonly used to commit crimes? Why are they going after law abiding citizens? Why is it the government want to go after firearms that put the militia on parity with the army they've raised, what are they so afraid of, what do they have planned down the road where they'd want the citizens diarmed? Everything they do is sold to the gullible under the guise of making them safer (generalization), yet people never get safer they just lose more of their rights and freedoms.

They simply refused to issue an injunction preventing the unconstitutional law from going into effect while the legal challenge is making its way through the lower courts. This law IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL and it will eventually be overturned using the traditional legal procedures.
