Our Liberties and Freedoms are Creator, not government given. The Constitution is just a piece of paper that shows the government what it CANNOT do. Thus, if I obey unconstitutional legislation, I become complicit. The definition of complicity is; ”To aid someone else in an illegal act” and by doing so I turn my back on my Creator given Unalienable Rights and subject myself to tyrannical government rule.
Now your choice of Creator is one of those Unalienable Rights. It can be God, Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh, Evolution or your parents…. The choice is yours. But, no matter your choice of Creator, our Rights are Unalienable. They may be legislated to protect, but not to restrict.
For too long our Rights have been misdirected and misled in instruction. I hope this clears up the issue. We have been trained and instructed to be good little slaves, instead of being Sovereigns.
If it's outside of her power or outside of any government official power then why California, new York Illinois, etc …..have all those restrictions??
With over 53% of US citizens armed, it's already a win for "WE THE PEOPLE"
If anyone is attacked in a prohibited area to carry in NM, the governor should be charged as an accomplice.
BTW- In Heller v DC, SCOTUS declared DC's 'safe storage' laws unconstitutional. Under Held, para 3. "…Similarly, the requirement that any lawful firearm in the home be disassembled or bound by a trigger lock makes it impossible for citizens to use arms for the core lawful purpose of self-defense and is hence unconstitutional"
