All 50 states must block Insurrectionists from ballots immediately! It's their DUTY!
America strongly supports the United States constitution, 14th Amendment, Article 3, enforcement of ineligibility of any public office in the state of Colorado by the Secretary of State, the state legislature, all 50 states and the United States Supreme Court.
It is very PATRIOTIC of the Colorado Secretary of State and the Colorado state legislature to bar Insurrectionist Trunk from the ballots of any public office in the state of Colorado as all 50 states should do and have an obligation to do their DUTY to enforce the United States constitution, 14th Amendment, Article 3, to protect the innocent from Insurrectionists and punish Insurrectionists for misleading America.
Trunk betrayed his oath of office of the 45th presidency with insurrection and more than 90 counts of felonies and committed political suicide, but wants to blame others for his crimes to psychological PROJECT his guilt on his enemies, victims, those easily mislead and the gullible.

Trump should be barred and completely disqualified, from every State in this Country.
It would be helpful if these multiday hearings were time-and-date stamped. It's hard to find and watch each part, being both thorough and not repeating parts I've already seen. This is especially true because each video starts in the middle of ongoing proceedings instead of at the start of a given day's proceedings.

The 14C3 case against Trump is completly frivolous regardless of whether the 14C3 applies to the President Trump or not. Judge Luttig is right! The courts have it all wrong about 14C3 when comes to Trump. Everyone thinks because the Trump tried stop the Electoral Count Vote, he commited insurrection against the lawful authority against the United States. However, 14C3 says someone is disqualified if they engage in Insurrection against the US Constitution. From a historical prospective, Trump did no such thing.
You have to remember that 14C3 was made in response in the Civil War and it's primary intent was to keep Confederates out of public office. That being the case, those who were part of the Confederacy engaged in Insurrection against the US Constitution and were disqualified. Why??
Because Confederates had taken an oath to Support an ANTI-Constitution (A Constitution AGAINST the US Constiution) that being the The Confederate Constitution of Confederate State of America.
That was INSURRECTION they had commited.
For Trump to be disqualified, it would have be shown that Trump and his so-called followers SUPPORTED an ANTI-Constitution (The Constitution of Trump.) and when they violently breached the Capitol, they were engaging in the furtherence of that Constitution.
Now argument can certainly be made that Trump Engaged in Insurrection against the Lawful Authority of the United States. In that case, Trump would have be tried and convicted under Federal Law 2383 which does carry Disqualification under it. However, Trump has yet to charged nor convicted of 2383. Regardless of the oath Trump took, he did not break his oath to Support the Constitution because he never took an oath to Support an ANTI-Constitution (The people of the Confederacy did. They broke their oath and took an oath to Support the Constitution of the Confederate States of America.)
Of course trump should be barred and completely disqualified. I mean we have law and order and a constitution and oaths to which ALL have been violated by trump. Just follow constitutional law
