The commentary on the trump lawsuits is wrong. These cases have been brewing for a long time, and are not a matter of political strategy, but institutional justice system employees just doing their jobs.
Its also a misunderstanding that Biden isn't trying to win. For various reasons it is simply too early for the campaign to go into full swing, including how campaign laws work.
As for the criticism of Biden's stances regarding Israel, you're on the money.
Whether you like it or not, Israel’s “surrender or die” ultimatum will be delivered on, just as they have delivered on every warning they have issued since 7 October. Look at this God-awful mess square on, and behold Hamas pleading for a complete cessation to a war that they engineered with their one-day "Glorious Victory" of 7 October. They are now on their knees, humiliated and begging from behind a 20,000 body pile of human shields – their own women and their own children. After their ill-judged gamble, they are left with one card in hand to play: the hostages kidnapped during their massacre of Israeli citizens. Iran has not come to their aid. Hezbollah has not come to their aid. Egypt has refused to take in their refugees. People of good will and sound reason around the world have no concern for Hamas, but for the Palestinians that the terrorists have dragged into their spectacular failure. It would be morally repulsive to put money on the outcome of any war, but you know what I mean.

As much as I can lament such feeling of woe for everyone in the Middle East: I can’t help but ponder on the atomisation it has caused here in the UK. A time when the general public was deploring the current government with so much zeal, this seems to have been such a divisive force in our earnest fight against our current situation. I do not say for one second that some omnipotent force is at play in the far reaches of the world; but simply, it is being used as a tool for division — the reasons you may postulate for yourself.

The events of October 7 are a reflection of hundreds of years of unbearable suffering of the occupied Palestine. No enemy can live in peace. The sooner the occupiers understand the real cause of the incident, the sooner peace can be expected for both sides.
It’s not the Democrats going after Trump. It’s the legal system. You are parroting Trump’s propaganda. (And make no mistake, I am not a lover of Biden. I am undecided about voting for Biden simply because of the very “spinelessness” you’ve mentioned.) But, get it right. The legal system in the US functions independently of politics, to a greater degree, with the exception, it seems, of the Supreme Court, because it has no enforceable code of ethics.

The government has paid more to fight the doctors’ strikes than it would have cost to just pay us!
The number one issue in this country (although it is hard to pick through and choose just one amongst the catastrophes we face) is housing. I would argue that comes above concern about the NHS (although NHS is a close second)
