Okay, picture this yourself in a courtroom you end up on a witness stand. You're asked a question. There is the constitution that you have the rights, the Bill of Rights and Trump has rights and the constitution. The first amendment right to defend himself. Explain things to a judge has already admitted. He does not like Trump. You cannot go after Trump just because you don't like him but is illegal that judges job to go out to somebody he does not like. A comment on the insurrection lasting only 3 hours. As far as I can tell, the insurrection started with Trump’s “directive” to the Proud Boys during a debate with President Biden. He said to them “stand down and stand by” signaling a desire to use them in his plan to overturn the 2020 presidential election. From that point on, the organization of the insurrection started in full with many people and plenty of money to bring in thousands of MAGA people. The attack on the capitol may have lasted 3 hours but the lead up to it was months of planning. The purpose of Trump’s mob was to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power, which rightly belonged to President Joe Biden. Don’t let small minds hijack this process. It’s in the Constitution, Trump is disqualified from running on this or any other election. Full Stop.
