Gull is thoroughly biased and as such should go. She's made a mess of this case.
The other yt channels covering this treat it like The National Enquirer. They have little knowledge of the details. Tom helps us to see the nuances of the evidence. Watching this I couldn't help wondering if, as was said early on in the case, if LE enforcement is covering up for one of their own. The Conservation Officer being unable to find an interview that's clearly identifiable is beyond belief.

Obviously correct trial procedure has to come first, but it seems to me like Gull is still within her rights to go ahead and hold that public flaying hearing against B&R. She erred in giving them the gentleman’s way out. They took it, and then predictably renegged. I see no reason she can’t revisit the matter with a hearing in the presence of the defendant.
I’m wondering if the modification of the charges is because of something they’ve discovered in either DNA analysis or computer forensics.
The prosecution had to amend since felony murder is when your actions lead to a murder but you didn't actually commit the murder. This means from the beginning till the amendment the prosecution didn't believe he actually commit the murders. They most likely thought he would crack and rat on others. This amendment was 100% expected but no one was talking about it because it made no sense to tell the public he committed the murders but not charge him with the actual murders.
No phone data links him to the killings ? He admits he had his phone and was on it. So where is the phone data that the police have that shows there is no data linking him to the murders ? The phone data will absolutely show where his phone was and when he got back home.
The cell phone provider can show if he turned his phone off, how much battery power he had, what sites he was on. Also some of his apps would sync and can give long lat info. He claims he was looking at stocks so they know if he is telling the truth. So not only will they have tower pings but possibly satellite pings.
The lab guy who tested the unspent round trying to match the extractor marking to Ricks gun said that this test was subjective. Too many people are saying that bullet has been proven to come from his gun and that is false.
Who ever did this should burn but there is no evidence that he committed the murders.

I experienced psychosis last year due to a medical drug induced issue and being sick with pneumonia.Anyways my point you can go without sleep you may doze off .I went about 3 weeks no sleep bc your really charged up inside during mania or psychosis you cant sleep in that state of mind.This whole time i was going thru it i was very alert almost whole time of what was going on and being said even what i was saying. Its intense .Also meds to calm you is a process they all take time and side effects severe and if drugs combined together …well lets just say scary 😨

I remember when Paul Holmes was looking into the case in the beginning, and he came out and said this would not be a case solved with the DNA. This would not be a DNA case.
The minimum sentence under felony murder is 45 years. He has to serve 75 % of it which equals 34.75 years. He would be 85 years old before he is eligible for parole, essentially a death sentence.imo

He's not allowed to wear street clothes because he's not at actual trial and there are no jurors in the room yet to influence. Once the actual trial starts, guaranteef he will be in a suit.
