I am surprised therapists did not take him seriously, nor that his parents communicated with therapists. It is unwise to dismiss confessions of a desire to kill when told to a therapist or minister. These people should be examined also for denying their own responsibility.

He really should have gone to a psychiatric facility as he has multiple personality disorder. He was let down by doctors. His mum was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
He was resentenced to 26 years to life, not to just 26 years.

It always amazes me that people out up with their kids laying hands on them. I always told my kids exactly what would happen if they ever thought they wanted to throw hands at me. The only one who tested me was my son
For some reason, he thought it would be a good idea to spit on me and push me into the wall so hard my head cracked the drywall. He went to the hospital for stitches and other minor complications on his way to jail. I had a concussion and has to get 5 staples in the back of my head. Ive never before or since been violent with any of my children, but damn if you're going to beat me in my own home. Especially when you're not paying the bills, the mortgage, etc.. I would have never in my life thought about laying hands on my mother in anything but kindness no matter how mad I was. Different times, I guess because I raised my kids with the same values my mom taught me. Idk. We have a great relationship today, and hes even told me that he's thankful now, that I didn't let him get away with doing that because no man should ever do that to his mother.
Does this kid know how to talk without yelling? Lol. Inbet he was a joy to live with. What a narcissistic bully. Id be damned if my kid would force me out of my bedroom. If you're that scared of your kid, then het them.out of your bouse before this happens.

What??? Of course this violent psychopath should be in prison for life, no parole. But no, "progressive" woke justices were determined to do their virtue signaling, and changed the ruling to prevent violent m*rderers like this one from such a sentence, because technically they are less than 18. So, now what, anyone under 18 can commit hideous violent crimes, no worries because they can eventually be out of prison again. This is beyond ridiculous . . . yes, of course there was public criticism against this ruling (how surprising). Some justices are in their own make believe fantasy worlds, they can't see the real world the rest of us live in.
