It's not a big decision. Either Donald is above the law or he isn't. If the politicians in robes follow the Constitution then it's simple.

Delays, delays, delays, WTH. Lock Trump up. The evidence is so overwhelming. The people of the USA demand that of you to find #45 held accountable & justice is yet to be concluded, Lord have mercy

This decision is the easiest and most obvious possible. Like, 'Thou shall not Kill.' it shouldn't be difficult.

What did trump do wrong for the country? In the case againt that nutty lady they had no proof against trump and didnt allow trumps team to defend anything. If a sitting president gets charged for arguing and denying the reults of election, we are in trouble. Every president will be getting charged for something. Obama for killing Americans with the bomb they dropped. The country was much better off with trump. The next few years we most likly will have terrorist attacks thanks to biden. Trump24 herd

Even though I want him behind bars, I am not naive. SCROTUS is going to give him a "get out of jail free" card. They will step all over the state's rights just to coddle their favorite orange king.

You guys on this channel cannot tell the supreme Court what to do and what not to do or how to do things. You're not in charge the supreme Court. You cannot force people are great. Wonderful! The best of the best Americans to think, believe and everything you say. Believe or think the way you do or how to take somebody's words and twist them to fit your narrative Americans are smarter than you. Lot more intelligent than you and actually can control their own minds and not be forced or belittled or disrespected cuz they don't think like you do or believe in what you say or will not let you force them or disrespect them. Democrats have destroyed our country destroyed. The constitution destroyed the democra that they have done throughout history to cheat to an elections to belittle and try to destroy their political rival. They have done this not just this one time multiple times throughout history so it takes. Is you to look at history instead of putting on your Democrats thinking cap?

The US Supreme Court Judges are not impartial Judges, most of them are political stooges and politicians sitting on the bench. US talks so much about the judicial systems in other countries, but they do not realize how much the US SC stinks!

Supreme Court do the right thing for Americans not Trump, rather an insurrection or rebellion, it the same thing, Trump caused it and should be held accountable and charges should stand, he broke so many constitutional articles.

Question to Ben or Micheal : the president using the Secret Service to do his research or using the Secret Service to investigate (assist him with all court cases or legal challenges), basically abusing his power again even out of office?-

—- < I was somewhat encouraged by the Amicus brief to the SCOTUS filed by former Judge Luttig and other prominent Republicans.. However, in my view, the role of the Republican party itself, over half a century, can't be ignored. The way I see it, the GOP is the main actor in events that led us here including:
…..Warning President Nixon to resign to order to help him avoid impeachment Providing Nixon with a self-pardon to avoid criminal accountability. And claiming it as a precedent, a work-around to subvert justice. Imagine Could a Judge or Juror do the same in a non-impeachment trial.
…. Claiming that a President's right to pardon, even sign a self-pardon is "absolute", contrary to Article II, Section 2, clause 1, the inference that a VP should not be able to pardon his President in Article I, Section 3, cause 6, and DOJ rules that a person can't be the Judge in their own case.

…. Continuing to uphold the 1973 OLC Opinion that a sitting president can't be indicted, fostering the idea of a President as a Unitary Executive being "immune within his own sphere" contrary to federalist principles of checks and balances, federal statute 3 U.S.§ 301, and legal precedent including U.S. v Nixon (1974). page 418 U. S. 706, Executive Privilege for Article II functions in Separation of Powers:

……Conflating ."impartial" justice in a political impeachment trial vote to mean a "partisan" political vote in violation of the impeachment trial oath. Senator Alexander wasn't the only one: Sen. Lamar Alexander Makes 'Preposterous' Statement About Impeachment | Morning Joe | MSNBC Jan 31, 2020 @ 1: 28 /watch?v=L1VHJpXZIvU

…. Using common law rules in prosecutorial discretion, allowing an AG to dismiss cases of high crimes against the United States, against the Oath of Office, dismissing case(s) of high crimes for which there is a responsibility under the "shall" clauses to remove and /or prosecute such offenses: (Article I, Section 3, Clause 7; Article II, Section 4, and Article III, Section 2, Clause 1)

…. Claiming that voters should decide Trump's criminal cases in the 2024 election, while continuing to make laws to disenfranchise voters, and filing court actions stripping provisions of the Voting Rights Act.

Trump did not put in for the Supreme Court to hear his case, only for them to continue the stay while he petitions for an en banc then when he loses that, he'll bring it to them on appeal. That gives him a maximum delay.

This is my opinion, Yes, a decision to let Trump get away with his crimes over loyalty to him, and throw the American people and our democracy under the bus, or do what the Constitution says and protect our freedom and democracy. If they grant Trump immunity then our government's Supreme Court has been compromised by Trump and his Russian insurrectionist agents. Then Joe Biden will have no choice but to enact the insurrection act, because our government has then been compromised by Russian agents.

Question: Were Amicus briefs, submitted to the Supreme Court similar to Lutwig & Co's brief submitted for Pres. Immunity appeal, for the Colorado Ballot appeal?
