The Supreme Court seems to be compromised. I don't think they care anything about the country. Our democracy is hanging by a thread. We're at a madman's mercy! Yes, this judge is most absolutely correct! Donald J Trump is totally unfit! I totally agree he should not be on the ballot! VOTE BLUE! BIDEN/HARRIS 2024

That is his opinion. Trump has not been found guilty (yet) of insurrection. If we're going to disqualify candidates based on our opinions, there we are no better than Russia and Communist china!

You political activists posing as news anchors keep interviewing people who believe that Trump violated the Constitution and should be ineligible for re election, but the man has never been convicted or charged with the crimes that would disqualify him.
    Why is that?
If he is so obviously guilty, where are the charges?

Donald Trump ought to be disqualified by general incompetence. That'll play out in this year's election, though.

the president should be treated like an employee and fired if not meeting a work quota.
that democratic system is a joke as almost any idiot with enough votes get to be president.

Federal Judge J. Michael Luttig is a leftwing (rino) quack. Him saying the Supreme Court should disqualify Trump from running for office based upon political rhetoric from a very biased

left wing media and democrat party, with an agenda to keep Trump from running, not due to facts or Trump ever being convicted of the crime he is alleged to have taken part in,

which he wasn't, is proof he is a quack and deserves to be admonished for making such an unprofessional, unethical and unlawful assessment. It's unlawful because of him abusing his

station to accuse Trump of being guilty without due process ever taking place to warrant it.

Now I want to see this former judge go dig something up about disqualifying presidential candidates for violating their oath by not enforcing border laws and endangering every American. Because Red states will do the same if this judge gets his way and this country torn apart but maybe some want that.

This guy still holds a grudge that Trump did not select him to the Supreme Court. He can advise the Judtices but at the end of the day, they are on the Supreme Court and this rather loud fellow is not!

He obviously is very smart and he uses a lot of very fancy eloquent legalize to subvert the law to his liking. I think we all would respect him more if he just said, "I am a left wing political activist who hates Trump." If he were a fair and impartial judge then why the hell is he inserting himself into something he has no business being involved in? This is not his courtroom. He is retired. He should shut his fat mouth! His credibility as a judge? Down the toilet. They ought to review every one of his cases he ever presided over and look for bias. Big time agenda here that has nothing to do with the Constitution.

Judge's have declared themselves to be the final word, not the constitution. U.S. judicial system seems to have failed to follow the rule of law. Constitutional crisis?

I think what we should all do if when any other Republican wins the presidency is do the same thing exactly the same thing a copy cat of what all the interestionists did and perhaps and I the will going to say most likely that they are going to want to parrest the democratic President and also to disqualify that precedent from trying to become President again

If Sotomayor really cared about democracy and the rule of law she would retire and let Biden appoint another supreme court justice😳 and not leave it to chance for another tDumps appointment, like Ginsbourg did because that was really selfish and unbalanced the SCOTUS for years to come

The White House is a place where people must be, must be respected, no matter who you are. The Constitution applied to everybody, not a particular person. When you do something wrong, you
must pay the price for your actions.

If anyone in the government allows a president twith his supporters o go to the White House to do any criminal acts and let them get away with their crimes, latr the next president will go whatever he wants freely because nobody did anything about the crime. America and Americans must be respected. The law is to be observed.

I predict a 9-0 decision against Trump. Roberts will play the role of Earl Warren in the Brown vs Board of Education case. At first only 4 Justices were likely to overturn Plessy but in the end Warren convinced them all, on very shaky Constitutional grounds, that not only must it be overturned but it must be a 9-0 unified decision. The fear was that desegregation would be a national calamity, much like affirming Anderson, was very real. That unanimity gave the ruling the social and political strength that it needed. The GOP will simply have to nominate someone else. I think many Republicans will be happy to do just that.

Don’t look at the politics of the moment, Look at the texts, Look at the Constitution and do what the Law requires not what the politicians require.

On January 6, 2021, the United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C., was attacked by a mob of supporters of the then-US president. President Donald Trump, two months after his defeat in the 2020 presidential election.

    Total number of deaths: 5
    Date: January 6, 2021
    Location: Washington, D.C.
