Traitor
Trump 2024!!!
It's better decided by the people of the good old USA, and not the States by themselves …
Dems all over will act semi normal as the election year plays out.
This case, is important. This case, will set a precedence. In the future cases.
The constitution needs a process for disqualification, and a 60 senator requirement for a supreme court confirmation.
Free and Fair, Joke 😮
Nevada Wouldn't Place Mr Trump on the ballot, is that the Same ?
Nevada held two separate Primaries , Is That The Same ?
WoW I just read This , what does this mean ?
Malcolm Turnbull describes his infamous
call with Donald Trump over Australia's refugee swap deal as TOUGH
When did this happen? I can't find it
What’s needed for the Feds to decide Trumps an insurrectionist? And should be barred from running?
so does that mean Putin can be a republican and run for office?
Trump is a traitor.
Go President Trump you are our hero
Americans United for a real strong leader 💪💪💪
Fair and secure elections lol where did I hear that before
Clarence Thomas should have recused himself!😡😡😡😡😡
Even the Dem SC Justices laughed at Colorado.I would be embarrassed to live with NAZIs representing state law like Colorado.
CBS is almost as fake as CNN be careful when you watch fake news only honest about 20% of the time God Bless Everyone
Professors Blight and Faust- could you and MSNBC make your positions public on Qualified And Absolute Immunity and if you believe this SCOTUS ruling violates the US Const. because it gives immunity from const. violations to local, state, and federal government officials??? WHY didn't you support In Re Daniel Felix, US Sup Ct. case no. 22-7152-this case makes the argument that the entire court system is committing a "pattern and practice" of const. rights violations by throwing out valid claims with FRCP Rule 12 (b)(6) and Qualified And Absolute Immunity and keeping the American People from participating in the formation of case law by letting their claims against const. violators go forward to published cases? There is an argument here that the discrimination and prejudices of SCOTUS's past rulings keep being brought forward into new cases then the Court refuses to let new issues of law be litigated and thus published that reflect the way things are now and how the American People feel now. In Re Daniel Felix brought this and never before heard animal rights issues which comply with Rule 20 US SUP Ct where no case law exists for any lower court and the Justices passed on creating case law which violated their own rules and the US Const.-why hasn't that hypocrisy been addressed by the media or the Court? Why does D. Trump have const. rights but Daniel Felix and his animals do not? With this Court's discrimination the government chooses who does and who does not have constitutional rights-how is that what our Founding Fathers wrote the const. to mean. Both of you just said that the plain language of the const. means the const. applies to everyone, so how come you advocate for Qualified And Absolute Immunity or throwing out any case by putting the court rules (Rule 12(b)(6)) above the US Const. and keeping the const. violators in office with no way for the American People to hold them accountable. [ don't even suggest the FBI nor USDOJ are protecting us they ignore us] Having anyone in government immune from the US Const. is the opposite of why the US Const. was written! It seems you advocate for this hypocrisy when it suits your position-will you comment on this?
There is a reason the michigan population hasn't grown in over 20 years…this is one reason
Stay away from Demons! 😮
We all know that the supreme court is going to protect the insurrectionist. What a disgrace!
Thanks Colorado and L Dems for wasting time and money 😮
Colorado will just pass a law that anyone with the initials DJT cannot run for office.
Chinese Broadcasting System
Just propaganda.
It was known for years
“In God we trust, so help us God.”
But it is clear nowadays
“In Gold we trust, so buy us Gold.”
And people don’t want poverty and head towards the sounds of money even they won’t get any
SCOTUS turned their back on textualism. Sorry, Ghost of Scalia.
Lets say its self executing. And it doesnt need a conviction. Who determines it? What happens when people say dems supported chaz, which put up a sign saying "now leaving usa" was heavily armed and declared itself an autonomous zone even establishing a general assembly government and disqualify them? It shouldnt matter if you are republican or democrat, biden and trump will be gone in 4 years, the precedent this sets will be dangerous forever. Think people, this shouldnt even be a question. Its an opportunity to disqualify anyone you disagree with for vague reasons.
If they're having such a hard time figuring out who should decide what, imagine how hard it will be when it comes time to enforce what they decided.
The damage is already done. GOP presidential hopeful can not count with GA 14 electoral votes next Nov. Desperately asking, I need 8k votes give me a break.. is that how you win an election?
Let's not forget the issue in some states where, on voting day, African-Americans are forced to wait in day-long lines, are refused water or food, voting hours restricted, etc… Isn't that a very important that must be solved? Yes! Is there any coordinated, high priority effort placed on fixing this issue?
The area SCOTUS seems to be focused on is how to deal with disenfranchising voters if a state chooses to drop Trump – but this is already an issue states are accepting. Twenty- seven states already don't allow felons to vote and/or run for office, and almost no one is worrying about being disenfranchised in that way. The states have already accepted the responsibility.
