You are a liar. Trump told the protesters to remain peaceful. It was the last tweet he made before then-Communist Twitter banned his account. You said Trump did nothing to dissuade the riot, which is a lie. But you're CBS news. Lying is what you do.

If you are going to try to remove a candidate because of an insurrection you may want to charge him with insurrection first. Trump has never been charged with insurrection. Once again the Biden DOJ is nothing but a fascist political tool. It will be a 9-0 decision.

Yet when the SCOTUS ruled to over-turn Roe V Wade they turned it back for each state to make decisions regarding what a woman can and can't do with her own body !!!!!👿

Federalist Papers, No 72, Hamilton, 1778, addressing positive and negative arguments of limiting the term of an Executive Officer: "a man of irregular ambition, of whom alone there could be reason in any case to entertain apprehensions, would with infinite reluctance yield to the necessity of taking his leave forever of a post, in which his passion for power and pre-eminence had acquired the force of habit. And if he had been fortunate or adroit enough to conciliate the good will of people he might induce them to consider as a very odious and unjustifiable restraint upon themselves, a provision which was calculated to debar them of the right of giving a fresh proof of their attachment to a favorite. There may be conceived circumstances, in which this disgust of the people, seconding the thwarted ambition of such a favourite, might occasion greater danger to liberty, than could ever reasonably be dreaded from the possibility of a perpetuation in office, by the voluntary suffrages of the community, exercising a constitutional privilege.

There is an excess of refinement in the idea of disabling the people to continue in office men, who had entitled themselves, in their opinion, to approbation and confidence; the advantages of which are at best speculative and equivocal; and are over-balanced by disadvantages far more certain and decisive."

Should we let a cult attack the capital building and disrupt an election get away with it? And let the leader of the cult continue to try to upset our government ? Inviting others to try the same? Recruiting cult members in plain daylight?

This case should be a 9-0 slam dunk. The CO Sec of State had no right to act as judge, jury & executionaer, convicting & disqualifying Trump on a charge he was never indicted on. The CO court's ruling was unconstitutional since even if Trump was convicted of insurrection, it's Congress not an individual state that would disqualify him.

Every partisan has an opinion, much of it shaped by media propaganda like on this channel. That is not looking at the true law. Man was never charged with "insurrection". He was never a civil war officer. Libs bend facts to their political convenience..
