I suspect that people who have acted like our Judges on the Supreme Court have faced Firing Squads in the Past, but then again our SCOTUS is Above the Law, and they Laugh at America and Thumb their Noses because the Other Branches of Government seem incapable of Setting Rules or Standards for them to Follow, even though they are the ones who should be setting the Example as our Justices.

The SCOTUS refused to even look at the immunity case. They must have passed a message to Trump. Trump announced he would not be filing the case before them. Bring on the criminal cases. Let Justice Soar!!!! 🗽

DON'T THE RIGHT WING FASCIST TRUMP APPOINTEES AND CLARENCE THOMAS REALIZE THAT IF TRUMP IS ALLOWED TO REOCCUPY THE WHITE HOUSE, HE WILL MAKE THE PRESIDENTIAL BRANCH'S POWER MUCH GREATER THAN THEIRS AND ULTIMATELY THEN, MUCH GREATER THAN CONGRESS'S? IN OTHER WORDS, BY ENABLING TRUMP WITH THEIR BOGUS COW-TOWING TO HIM AND ALLOWING HIM TO DELAY HIS TRIALS, WHICH MIGHT ENABLE HIM TO REOCCUPY THE WHITE HOUSE, THEY WILL HAVE SUCCEEDED IN MAKING HIM AN ALMOST OMNIPOTENT PRESIDENT WHO WILL HAVE ASCENDANT POWER OVER THEM …. TRUMP WILL THEN HAVE *PERMANENTLY ALTERED THE FUNDAMENTAL BALANCE OF POWER BETWEEN THE THREE AMERICAN BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT* IN HIS FAVOR, AND HE WILL THEN BE AN OMNIPOTENT AMERICAN DICTATOR, ALTHOUGH MOST CERTAINLY HE WILL STILL CALL HIMSELF "PRESIDENT". THERE WILL BE NOTHING THOMAS AND THE TRUMP APPOINTEES WILL BE ABLE TO DO TO FIGHT HIM ON ANY ISSUE THEY OPPOSE HIM ON……….THEY DO NOT REALIZE THEY WILL BE SLITTING THEIR OWN THROATS IF THEY ASSIST HIM IN HIS EFFORT TO STEAL THE PRESIDENCY AGAIN. WOW. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM, I THOUGHT THEY WERE SMARTER.

NOWHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION DOES IT SAY THAT THE "SUPREME" COURT HAS A DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY TO IGNORE OR ARBITRARILY AMEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES

Their Oath of Office makes it clear that they are bound by the Constitution… and the LAW

“I, _______, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _______ under the CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES; and that I WILL SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I WILL BEAR TRUE FAITH AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE SAME; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

According to the Constitution of the United States an amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification.

NOWHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES DOES IT SAY THAT THE SUPREME COURT HAS A DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY TO IGNORE OR AMEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES !!!

NOWHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION DOES IT SAY THAT THE "SUPREME" COURT HAS A DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY TO IGNORE OR ARBITRARILY AMEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES

The Constitution is clear on Disqualification of Insurrectionist Candidates from holding Office… It doesn't say "might be", "could be", or even "should be"… It says SHALL BE !

"§2383. Rebellion or insurrection: Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any REBELLION OR INSURRECTION against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, SHALL BE fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and SHALL BE incapable of holding any office under the United States."

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that the Supreme Court can arbitrarily amend or ignore the Constitution FOR ANY REASON ?

We are the only country that votes judges into power. To expect a fair trial with a democratic judge 😅 sure the irony. The system is bought and paid for like the rest. Good luck!

Garland appoints a highly conservative republican special prosecutor to investigate Joe Biden over secret documents. He obviously chooses someone so far to the right to avoid criticism of giving Biden an easy time. End result is the prosecutor attacks Biden, outside of the scope of his work. Once again, in trying to appear apolitical, Garland has sabotaged fairness and neutrality.

I feel he should have requested her recusal from day one. It was more than warranted after the stunts she had already pulled.
There has been zero sense of urgency with a traitor who is currently attempting to retake power. Even Merrick Garland who should have immediately arrested Trump and everyone involved on January 6th for treason, but didn't… this is all insane.
