WHY ISN'T the following Finding being addressed… Justice didn't dispute Trumps lack of qualification to hold the office, they ruled he is eligible to run for office and IF he wins, he can serve IF HE gets a pardon from the congress. The 14th amendment doesn't disqualify someone from running for office, just holding office and there is a process for getting a pardon. They paralleled the case to situations where offices requiring residency, implying that Trump can make himself eligible by getting a pardon. Whats the process for Trump to get the congressional pardon ..and is it currently being pursued?

The people themselves directly exercised life or death over A14, and its adoption is a reflection of their will. It is a window into the desires of the nation, and tells us how they wished to be governed by the constitution. It defines and reflects how the entire nation understood just what it means, and what was their intent when voting to be bound by it.
Donald Trumps efforts to pervert the will of the people by seeking to escape the limits of the 14th amendment, is nothing less than a further effort to engage in Insurrection, as are all his efforts to escape the rule of law. Anyone who thinks it is alive is having a problem with reality as for your friends of the court option it may or may not have any impact. also from the hearing of Oral arguments one would deduce that the case is over and federal concerns override any state reasons. The 14th amendment was to limit state power and not expand it as this case is trying to do.

If a country cannot learn from its own history and uphold the laws that were created to ensure historical incidents do not happen again, then that country cannot be seen as a forward thinking and politically developed country. Trump is someone who thinks that history does not apply to him, that laws do not apply to him, and that history can be twisted to suit his idea of truth. Judge Luttig is brilliant & a true constitutional expert. The SCOTUS should listen to him. That Trump committed sedition & continues to support the insurrectionists who attacked our capital on Jan 6th, 2020 is absolutely true. We all saw & heard everything Trump said & did. He absolutely incited an armed crowd to invade our capital & stated he would be with them. He then broke his oath of office by doing bothing to stop the violence for hours. Once he finally spoke he actually praised the ppl that attacked the capital causing at least 2 deaths & many, many injuries. The SCOTUS must rule that Trump committed insurrection.
