What jurisdiction can you carry (open or concealed) an sbr? I thought it was against the law federally? In Florida concealed carry pistol only and no rifle carry, let alone an sbr. Rifle has to "be contained". I guess that means in the trunk or in a rifle bag. You can open carry a pistol while traveling to and from and while fishing, hunting and target shooting. I know some states that allow open carry of long arms but know of none that allow sbrs for open carry.
Can’t wait to have another shoe shopping day ASAP #kisluxbag !
Where I live, especially this time of year (deer season), It’s a safe bet that there’s a rifle in every fifth pickup truck. It may be a Marlin lever gun rather than an AR, but it’ll work. I’ve done a lot of training with a guy who was the undersheriff of that (very rural, agricultural) county and who ran their SWAT/Warrant Squad, and he relayed that in training scenarios like an active shooter at the local high school, it was always emphasized that: “Every girl at that school has both a cellphone and a dad nearby with a rifle in his truck. When she’s scared she’s more likely to call him first and us second. Don’t assume that anyone on scene with a rifle is the threat.”
My backpack is pink with stick on ninja turtles, looks like it belongs to my daughters
hes talking about other peoples assumptions but literally assumes every situation he put himself in to justify concealing a rifle in a bag like thats how its going to play out (active shooter situation on not getting shot by cops) at the end of the day everyones going to do that. just find ways to justify their decisions and thought process.
as someone who really tries to figure out the why behind PEOPLES actions. I would say at the core of it, its guys that just really want to feel like their gear isnt just sitting their in vain. not so much that theyre eager to use it. but they just want to feel like a day to day operator. You can argue all day about rifle vs pistol in a civilian urban/surburban scenario. I'm one to feel that a pistol is sufficient for day to day self defense outside of your home. Not worth all the cons that come from concealing a rifle in a bag. I already have a laptop EDC bag, no way im going to carry a rifle in it or a second bag with a rifle. My car has a 'Go/Emergency' bag and i also have separate camera bags I bring along frequently for work. Its ridiculous to me to add another bag to the EDC for an SBR or PCC when im confident in protecting myself with the g19 + spare mag on my hips
You say some pretty ballsy stuff in this video. I don't particularly watch alot of your stuff, but the little I do I enjoy. I respect what your saying though. Its real. Come up with a plan that works for you, stay safe. Show restraint when necessary and bring violence when no other choice is available. Love people, but don't trust them very much. Take care of what you hold dear. Hoorah!
AR Pistols are NOT SBR's. If I want to carry an AR Pistol concealed in Florida with my Concealed Weapons License, it was totally legal before Desantis made us a Constitutional Carry State and it is toally legal now. TA Targets is SPOT On. We are not living in Kansas anymore, Toto.
I mean…. In societal collapse/martial law/bordered quarantine scenario, depending on your comfort level or general "heat" of enforcement and authority as well as physical temperate conditions, you could carry a 16" AR of tactical rifle rather discretely under say a poncho. Like you say, it all depends on the situation and what each person is comfortable with or how the authority force will respond.
I wish it was normal to walk around with a rifle slung and a pistol on your hip. Get training above all else.
If you're carrying an AR in a bag then you should at least have a backup sidearm on your hip as well. You can access it faster. I mean, if you have time to get the AR out then great, but if you don't, then having a IWB pistol could save your life.
Here's a thought, maybe those people just hate freedom and are probably the same people who like to control others. Exactly why we own guns in the first place, do as you wish. I love America and freedom. Thanks for speaking up!
I like the guy who took a Sig 556 pistol. Had it registered as a SBR. Put a Sig side folding stock on it. Then modified a courier bag as his carry bag.
You would never think that he has a SBR Sig 556 in that bag.
Looking forward to the PA constitution video .
This is why I wear my s-vest whenever I go out…
Ok, the video where the gg took out all 4 bg's with his sidearm is proof that off body carry of ANYTHING in a close confines area is foolish because the extra moves / time required to put the weapon into action is excessive. When you have worked or lived in a tightly populated environment for any length of time you will realize that reaction times play a larger factor in survival. And you NEED to blend in, DO NOT STAND OUT, it draws attention.
More people are carrying guns, just think of the demoncrat Jews that are now carrying and getting training. For a Jew to carry your country has to be seeing some serious changes. Where I live in small town Midwest lots of people carry daily and we never see serious crime here. Most people here have American values and just want to live free and in peace.
Like he said the question should be are you more afraid of the law than you love your family? If shit happens and your love one is shot and killed by a bad guy then you will be with out that family member. If you shoot an kill a bad guy that tried to harm your family (or whatever means necessary) and you go to jail and you are “Kinda” without your family member, but they are alive and can come visit you and not you visit their grave. Again “how much do you really love your family?”
Let's say a handgun is to keep you from being mugged or a car jacking. Carbine in a backpack would probably be an active shooter scenario. A situation where you can fall back and retrieve the carbine.
We don’t “expand gun rights”, we CURTAIL gun control!!
We need to get back what was TAKEN from us.
A bad guy surviving depending on the state you live in and the specific conditions leaves you open to being sued, however silly it may seem, they can and they will
Print shoot repeat jump scare lol
Don't live in "the hood" or make it not a "hood".
Dont try to explain it to people. Fuck it bro. You do what you want to.
I dont carry any of that shit with me in a car. Completely useless because people steal cars smfh
