Why would anyone think that this would have any impact at all on the former game show host getting justice for trying to overthrow a free and fair election?
Been a legal attorney for 22 years and I can definitively say that the State handily defeated the defense's motion. It's all about intent. Judge McAfee will likely concede certain ethics violations may have occurred, but none that rise to the level of disqualification specifically in this case. He'll grant the defense's argument that financial irregularities occurred, but that not enough forensic evidence exists to prove WILLFUL misconduct. He'll say external curatives exist for both concerns and that such curatives are beyond the purview of this case. Fani Willis' guy wiped the floor with them.
She has to be taken off the case as well as Wade if any and I mean ANY REAL JUSTICE would be restored. People don't trust courts attorneys justice system or GOVERNMENT AT ALL

I was wondering why Fani Willis' lawyer seemed so nervous and kept saying "um", then the camera panned over to include the judge who was not looking at him, just turning papers for a rather long time. Maybe the judge is good at listening while diverting his attention to something else, but that would be very disconcerting.
