I'm surprised Saagar hasn't blocked porn bots. That's a block or mute or both function there.

This is meaningless; politicians don't reflect our will anyway. Who cares if they can block us online or not?

The only time the public is required to be able to observe their elected officials is when there is a quorum, which constitutes a public meeting. Even at a public meeting, a public body is not required to allow public comment. And meetings are all done in person. Additionally, how is one supposed to verify the constituency & identity of a poster? People from different cities or even countries should not be allowed to address if they aren't a constituent. The internet now allows millions of people to harass a local elected official.

If these social media platforms are "privately owned" , they should be able to do anything they want. When these things are not publicly owned, government owned, a public utility, etc, the Constitution does not apply. That's why I always been for internet as a public utility, and these platforms, but of course, we don't have that in America, because we are in a semi-state of corporate ownership/communism. The disgusting thing, is all our leadership from the courts on down speak out both sides of their mouths 🟪

5:28 Saagar asks how the citizen during a lockdown could make his voice heard: at that time many local governments went to great lengths to extend technological methods not usually utilized during previous govt meetings to extend public comment opportunities to their constituents. These included increased written email public comment submissions, phone call-ins, Zoom/virtual meeting methods, relocating meetings to larger venues with increased ventilation and social distancing options.

Journalists co-opting social media companies to force the “town square” narrative is very troubling. Now every tech company is defacto under “imminent domain” if their product is too divergent from the mainstream. Twitter doesn’t belong to the people. Otherwise I need a check.

Finally a court has recognized our Constitutional rights and taken action. Enough of these social media platforms acting with the government and denying free speech. The public has the right to hear all opinions regardless of their own opinions. The only way to know who is truly a threat is to hear exactly what they really believe. It’s our God given rights and not what the government gives us.

I am going to draw your attention to something else – the Moscow theatre massacre. They are not ISIS nor are they Ukrainian. These are Israeli mercenaries and this was a Mossad false flag operation.
