I need you’re help your so educated plz help me when I get police cam of the swat raid I was in can you plz watch it I was not on warrant or probable cause and police clobbered me they never announced who they were to me I thought they were robbers they put guns on my eye I was looking at the barrel of the gun plz don’t shot me the drug me down hall outside searched me went in my purse pockets held in handcuffs for 3.5 hours and second Seach by I was out side in cold never talked to me until I says csn I leave they says no we waiting on female to Searxh I says no I already been seaxhsd I wanna go home after being a new knock warrant I was so shook up they wouldn’t let me leave. They made me get searched 2×3 1/2 hours. It was awful. They even search my car that was parked on public property

Property tax foreclosure. The ability to pay rules (feb 2016) dictate that a financial inquiry is to be done before assessing a penalty (interest or seizure/foreclosure in this case) for non payment to determine if it was willful. As that would be part of due process, wouldn't seizure through foreclosure without that process constitute an unreasonable seizure? Also, wouldn't it be unreasonable when the private harm out weighs the good the public?
