Fani Willis BACK in Judge McAfee’s Court: Motions Hearing LIVE with Trump Defense and Steve Sadow

From a psychological perspective I would suggest what we are seeing here is one of the classic Behavioral disparities between the Left and the Right.
The Left tends to very desperately see themselves as victims whose only recourse is to scheme and plot and create powerful and well-funded cabala, dedicated think tanks activist fronts and political action committees to come up with convoluted schemes onto an end. Then cognitive bias kicks in and there's the presumption that everyone else is doing exactly the same as them in producing convoluted schemes and plots and conspiracies. This ties in very neatly to the behavior left pension for confession through projection.

The easiest way to highlight this is to look at the vast number of left-wing think tanks and activist and political action groups compared to the almost total absence of the same on the right.

The intricately detailed conspiratorial scheme to steal the election that they try to plop on Trump's head simply does not fit the Behavioral psychology of the conservative Right. They tend to tackle things head-on with facts and stats, that invite observers to exercise their own critical thought in rational analysis unto the conclusion that the presented thoughts and figures naturally lead to. It is more of a full frontal presentation that relies heavily upon the agency of the individual. It is archetypally masculine.

But what the Democrat left is asserting Trump and his allies are up to, is exactly par for the course for the liberal left. It is based on narrative specifically designed to trigger dread an emotional fears of the kind of plots and schemes they already align with .

The RICO conspiracy they are trying to weave together lands with a resounding thud on the Behavioral Right and they scratch their heads as to who could possibly come up with such a desperately convoluted scheme is Rises out of their own Dark Shadow to haunt them. Every fear hides a wish, and the wish here is what they could do if they had the same kind of tyrannical power that they imagine their opponents have.

That is why it has a lot of fearful but also wishful traction on the liberal left because in too many times to count it is exactly what they are up to. Look at Molly Ball's Infamous Time magazine article where for whatever reasons she didn't realize she was saying the quiet Parts out loud.

And this because of the underlying cognitive bias that I originally mentioned.

The Behavioral Left tends to believe that everyone else mimics their thoughts, motivations, behaviors, morals and especially Dark Shadow.

By contrast the Behavioral Right as a group tends to know for a fact that the Left does NOT share their thoughts, their motivations, their morals, their behaviors. Or even their Dark Shadow

Are laws so vague that can be interpreted differently to suit the need, like THE Inquisitions – torturing the Jews?

I am sick and tired of Trump's attorneys not presenting his evidence that the election was stolen by Biden. Trump has watermarked ballots that proves he lost 30, 000 votes and possibly tens of millions of votes to an election that was stolen from him. He was looking to find out where those votes disappeared to and Raffensburger stuck a knife through his back and said that he was trying to rig the election. The left rigged the election and they should be fighting Rico. I'm infuriated with what they're doing to Trump when they stole Millions upon millions of votes. Trump didn't express himself appropriately when millions of his votes had disappeared!!!!!!!

The prosecution has no facts to support Trump's statement. He wanted them to find votes that had disappeared. There were more votes than there were voters.

If the government is allowed to simply assert that something is false and then abuse its power to prevent any investigation, then the government has unlimited power to make such accusations and then prevent any challenges by the threat of litigation and imprisonment.
