It's very strange. . . you watch the same video from opposing news companies and see two very different views of peoples minds. The only difference is the platform the news is being delivered on. You should think about the information you are taking in and believing. The comments I see on this thread are very interesting in a communistic manner. Such as lock him up until the trial. Many of the cries on this post are just anti-American in general. People on this thread crying to thier version of god to have this man condemned. . . I don't see anyone on this thread calling for fairness and equality under law and freedom or true justice. I see Americas calling for and begging for very anti-American values. Again. . . the only difference is the platform the news is delivered on. Not the news itself. I would really pay attention to what I listened to if I was any of you. Whether Trump be guilty, or innocent. You all are being very mislead from American values and towards a very communistic path of leadership that can strip your rights with no question asked. i was just viewing past court room action in this case and was paying particular attention to mr.wade and he comes across as pretty self-confident and assured of himself, impeccably dressed and exudes confidence in his command of presented case law – don't take my word for it, sartorial splendor not included. them suits look awfully expensive, with the monogrammed shirts – the complete lawyerly package. no wonder they wanted him off the case – not a lot of 'Um's in his speech. johnny cochran revisited

I'm honestly curious about the whole allegations of criminal fraud and the subsequent actions that followed such as "filing false documents" etc….
At the time of the 2020 election and months up to inauguration, there were filings across the country by individual citizens who witnessed irregularities. There were audits of the ballot counts in multiple states in progress, lawsuits being filed in multiple states by people and groups that were not associated with the Trump admin. with some cases pending review by the court etc…..
So there was no answer to whether claims of election voting fraud was true or false or even false or true with some exceptions. AFAIK, there were numerous court cases along with the full scale AZ audit for maricopa county. Many cases actually proved fraud others didnt, and the AZ audit only confirmed that the total ballot count was correct but highlighted a number of areas that were of serious concern but could not be verified or confirmed due to various barriers, and which by all estimates had the potential of overturning the ballot count result.
So ultimately it was factually proven no widespread fraud was uncovered, that would change the election results. That finding was determined long after the fact of the alledged criminality. So my question is how exactly is it criminal conspiracy, fraud, false statements when at the time it could have been proven true just as much as it could have been false. I would understand if there was actual substantive proof that claims of election fraud was in fact false before and at the time of all the allegations.
But the allegations are based on what the state beleives to be false after considering the findings from various sources, and that didnt occur until long after the alledged acts. Is this properly founded in terms of legality for indictments against someone? Its an odd set of circumstance IMHO. For example, someone committing identification fraud by using a fake ID impersonating someone else, forging a signature etc…. Is that essentially the same as someone beieving they weigh 150lbs(last time they checked) and attesting to that at the DMV. Later to find out they weigh 160lbs. According to the states reasoning, in of itself the latter is and can be determined as a false and fraudulent statement/ falsified govt form right? Even though there was no evidence to support either way, simply because it can be "proven" otherwise after the fact is enough to prosecute. A hypothetical situation I would use to point out a difference if any would be the following. I get pulled over and cited for speeding 40 in a 30mph zone were there was no sign posted for 5miles up to that point and non for 5 miles past. The govt had no evidence that a speed zone for 30mph was designated there. Later to find some document dating back decades that mentioned a plan for it. Technically I end up breaking the law as an issue of fact right and can and will be fined in violation for it right? I cant agree that should be legal nor be misinterpreted to be justifiable.
