No one was ever found guilty of an insurrection, including President Trump. There are no grounds to remove him from any ballot.The constitution gives the voters the right to decide who to vote for, and not one side or the other. Anyone as a judge in these cases should be sued for defamation as he was not charged or convicted with any crime relating to any insurrection.
