Biden will be gone of natural causes before these standards will be applied to him. That is why the Democrats and the media don't care about the double standard

you cant kick him off the ballot witout a conviction otherwise Biden can be removed as well for many things. Better be careful lol. the border being an EASY one. Not to mention all his corruption allegations. If you dont need a conviction, neither do we.

Thanks to Trump, the criminal element in this country observed, they can hire attorneys who'll overwhelm our legal system with volumes of stupid delaying motions, guaranteeing they'll remain criminals. Is job security in Americas justice system, increasing the crime rate?

If Trump was NOT successful in the general election, there will be more denial of results and civil unrest. If he is disqualified from the ballot, there will also be unrest. So, unless the constitution no longer matters, may as well disqualify him now and get it over with, so his bu..sh.. can be put to rest and the world can move on

HEADLINE: 'Guffaw-inducing': Trump ridiculed for 'ludicrous' claims in Colorado ballot appeal

QUOTE: Trump's legal team claims that the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was not an insurrection. It also claims that, even if it was, he did not participate and is therefore not liable for trial.

But his "silliest" argument, according to Vice, is his claim that he never technically swore an oath to “support” the Constitution.
    —–
Gee, there was this whole public ceremony outside the Capitol in which he was sworn in, with his hand on a Bible (not that THAT makes any diff to this amoral cretin).

YES, HE DID. If not, then he NEVER WAS legally President of the United States and we can dispense with his nonsense completely.

Has anyone bought one of those really CUTE wraparound jackets for him yet? I think he's just about proved conclusively that he REALLY NEEDS ONE.

The supreme court could end Trumps political career. And then the court in New York could end his business career. And then the georgia court could end his freedom.

You are about to find out that 1. Smith is an illegitimate Special Council. 2. Trump does have immunity as the only remedy for convicting a President is through impeachment and he was acquitted in the Senate of an insurrection and 3. The 14th Amendment does NOT include the office of President.

Doesnt apply to presidents or vice presidents
Section 3 is not self executing, see section 5, its purely for congress, and purely by impeachment, for whoch the senate acquited, so Trump cant be bared.
The question before the court is can states execute section 3, a resounding no, not if trumps 1st amendment was insurrection.
And whrn the dc circuit appeal goes up, they will say jack smith was illegally appointed and chuck out the dc and florida cases.
When the Letitia James racially aggrevated fake prosecution goes up, she will be fired and imprisoned for miss conduct because theres no complainant to the "fraud".
And when Gorgia goes up, it'll get kicked because Trump purely excersised his 1st amendment right within his role as president.

    Its all bull.

14th Amendment – No Congressman… who engaged in an insurrection can be a Congressman. It does not apply to everyone.
James L. Alcorn: He was a Confederate officer and later served as a U.S. Senator from Mississippi after the war.
William Mahone: Mahone was a Confederate general and later served as a U.S. Senator from Virginia.

Above are two example of people who engaged in an insurrection and became members of Congress.
