These judges get away with defying the Supreme Court. We allow state courts to ping pong cases back and forth as a way to infringe on our rights. We need to clean up our court systems so this does not happen.

My opinion, the judges are of academia. I would guess many of them or all of them are not sportsman. They know very little about firearms or how they work. Except someone pulls a trigger and it goes bang. My guess is part of the reason they were asking questions is because of their lack of knowledge. My 2 cents.

More hearings like this should be televised, because I don't think the average person understands how out of touch and ill-informed most judges are on the things they are making judgment on. They make things up and misuse terms, all the time. Its baffling every time I watch something like this

There are other 2A community channels that don't keep nagging us and it is really nice. They just cut right to the chase. Please, please, please! If people want to subscribe, they will do so on their own, we don't need to keep being annoyed.
I think it's absolutely delusional to think that CA would not appeal a loss at this stage. Sure as the sun rises in the morning they will. They will also demand an immediate injunction and a hearing as far down the road as possible.
This is not because they would win in SCOTUS, but because that way they can continue to stall any resolution of this case and continue to enforce their laws as long as possible. It could give them a chance to stall for more time for a few more anti-2A justices to be appointed, for the court to be packed, or just to be obnoxious and run up legal fees for the plaintiffs.
